Customer Testimonials

"We installed CTI Liners in all of our high temperature overhead, Fin Fan Coolers in 1997, they lasted 5 years.  We then retubed the coolers, the New Tubes only lasted 4 years, we were experiencing leaks, and had to plug 8% of the New Tubes.  In 2007, CTI was brought in to install Liners once again in all tubes, as they last longer than the New Tubes and are a fraction of the cost.  All tubes, including the previously plugged tubes have been restored to active service, with CTI Full Length Liners."

"The first condenser which was sleeved was intended to be a short term five (5) year fix. These same tubes are still in service twenty (20) years later with no problems"

"CTI demonstrated excellent technical knowledge . . . A credit to your company . . . Thanks for sending such capable personnel to help return the nuclear plant to an operational status."

ABB / Combustion Engineering
Nuclear Services

"...It took four weeks to install all the inserts (Shield/Seals) compared with an estimated 240 weeks to partially retube 120 units. The cost comparision for partial retubing of exchangers versus the actual cost for using inserts was dramatic."

Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (ARAMCO)

". . . The sleeve repair has restored an otherwise non-functioning feedwater heater back to operational condition at a minimum of cost and time."

Baltimore Gas & Electric
C.P. Crane Station

". . . Condenser tube erosion can now be repaired by either complete retubing or by using metal tube inserts (Shield/Seals). Since tube insert repairs can be performed more rapidly, at approximately 10% of the cost of retubing, it is imperative that we use this repair technique."
